Donna Bullock is a graduate of Temple’s Beasley School of Law (2003) and Rutgers University (2000), Ms. Bullock is Of Counsel to the firm. Her legal practice focuses primarily on forming and advising nonprofit organizations and small businesses.
Ms. Bullock is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing the 195th Legislative District in North and West Philadelphia. She won the seat in a special election held Aug. 11, 2015.
She previously served as special assistant and counsel to Philadelphia City Council President Darrell L. Clarke. She joined Clarke's office in January 2011 as his community and economic development coordinator. Before her work for the City, Bullock was an associate at Laura Solomon & Associates, and started her legal career as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at Community Legal Services where she staffed the Child Care Law Project.
Ms. Bullock is a committed public servant, and has volunteered and served on several boards, task forces, and coalitions, including the Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania, Smith Memorial Playground, the Columbia North YMCA Advisory Board, West Philadelphia Child Care Network, and the Mayor’s Office of Community Service Advisory Board. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
She and her husband Otis Bullock live a life of service in Strawberry Mansion with their two sons.
